The app's server (connecting the devices, relay and accounts) is hosted by IONOS SARL, 7 place de la Gare, BP 70109, 57200 Sarreguemines Cedex, France (+33 9 70 80 89 11), on a virtual private server located in the European Union.

Bercio is a baby log app (sleep, feeds, diapers) and a baby monitor app working between two phones. It is not a medical device.

The elements of the app (texts, graphics, logo, synthesised sounds, code) belong to the publisher, except for the third-party components below, used under their licences. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited.

The publisher strives to keep the app working properly but cannot guarantee it in every circumstance: the network, the battery, the phone's settings or third-party services may interrupt monitoring. The terms of use set out these limits.
